1. The set-uptime will be from 6:30am - 8:30am. During this time, all set-ups should be completed. You will be given a specific unloading time when you purchase your booth space. You will not be allowed in before or after this time.
2. No tables or vendor items may be put on the grassy areas.
3. Large items that will not fit in the space should be photographed for display. Posters and photos can be displayed during the fair hours. If possible, bring a piece of the set.
4. Watch children closely! There is a lot of activity and moving vehicles during the set up and start of the fair. Small children can get hurt or lost. CHILDREN WILL NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED!
5. SELL ONLY TO THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ID TAGS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00am to 9:00am! Sales to individuals without ID tags are prohibited. Please assist with crowd control by asking individuals without ID tags to wait outside the barriers until 9:00am.
6. Sellers must be 18 years of age. ID tags will be issued to sellers when they purchase their spaces. Wear these tags to identify you as a vendor. These tags allow for early admission into the fair. Anyone not wearing an ID tag before 9:00am will be asked to leave.

8. NO COMMERCIAL ITEMS ARE TO BE SOLD OR RENTED! (This includes ANY home business items like Tupperware, Longaberger, or any handmade items made with the intent to sell or rent, etc...) No new merchandise of any kind.
9. Neither the OSSC nor the Bargain Fair Committee are responsible for merchandise pick-up, delivery, or financial transactions between buyers and sellers before, during, or after the fair.
10. After the fair, clean up your space! Sellers are required to remove all trash and unwanted items from their booth space. The NPS Foundation Thrift Shop will not be accepting any donations after the fair.
11. This program is to promote the morale and well being of our NPS community. Vendors and purchasers are expected to transact sales in the spirit of fair dealing and are reminded that as a multinational/cross cultural event only exemplary conduct will be tolerated. The OSSC sales coordinator has the right to expel any participant that does not conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner that is consistent with the spirit of this event.
Selling Tips
Clearly label the price of articles and the sizes of clothing. Use masking tape or stickers to mark. Categorize different sizes by age in months for younger children's clothes especially. Or, use a large box/bin with one marked price to hold several items.
Group similar items together such as books, dishes, and toys.
Use tables, racks, boxes, and hangers for displaying things for sale.
Attach posters to larger items or bring photos to display items too large to bring.
Bring shopping bags to give out to customers to put their purchases in.
Have change on hand in small denominations.
HAVE FUN!
