Gigantic Quarterly Yard Sale!
Four times per year (coinciding with academic quarters), OSSC hosts the La
Mesa Bargain Fair, a multi-family yard sale with a variety of items for sale€” from household goods, to furniture, to
children’s toys and
everything in between. The location is the large parking lot at the new
community center on
Spaces are available for
purchase on Tuesday, May 20th, 2008 and Thursday, May 22nd
from 5 to 7 pm.
Prices for the booths are as follows: OSSC members/International students $15; military/DoD card holders $20. The general public will be allowed to purchase a booth space May 20th and 22nd for $25. Booths designated for crafts and home businesses will be available for purchase only on May 22nd for an additional fee of $5. Spaces are limited and will sellout! ***June Bargain Fair
Announcement***
Colton School has agreed to accept donations after the bargain fair from 12:00 to 12:30. Unless it is an oversized item, ALL DONATIONS MUST BE BOXED. Please plan ahead if you wish to use this service and bring boxes with you. Colton School will NOT be able to provide boxes.
On the day of the Bargain Fair, the trash bins at the Community Center
will not be open, and the Thrift Store will not be accepting donations. You must take all unsold items with you.
VOLUNTEERS are always needed! Only OSSC members may volunteer to work booth sales & on the day of the Bargain Fair. Volunteers can get in early to the Bargain Fair to shop! For more information click here or e-mail bargainfair@npsossc.org.
