NPS OSSC Charitable Donations

The OSSC Allocations Committee is currently taking applications for our 2007 Charitable Allocations program. In order to apply for a donation from the OSSC, every interested organization must send an official request form or a detailed letter of request which includes the exact amount of the donation sought and specific details as to how money would be used if granted. Each year, many OSSC volunteers spend countless hours working at our several fundraising activities in order to earn money for our Charitable Allocations Fund. The 2005-06 Allocations Committee, chaired by Karin Hagan, met on July 24th, 2006, to determine how the funds earned should be disbursed. On June 5th, 2006, the General Membership voted on and approved the total dollar amount to be allocated. On July 31, 2006, the following list was presented by the Allocations Committee to the General Membership:
